I was having some issues during my book of flight yesterday. I booked the flight for two and paid using direct banking but somehow my booking was put on pending. It did not even showed up in my booking list. So i asked the agent on a live chat. i have to wait a few minutes because there are quite a few more people waiting. when it was finally my turn, i told the agent my problem and he said my booking was canceled due to no payment was made. He asked me to fill in the e-form and submit it. 

Well i filled in the e-form and waited. i even filled in two of them. It was taking some time so i tried contacting them through their twitter @askairasia and the response was quick. The agent then ask me for the receipt of the payment after i told him that my account balance was deducted but still, my booking failed. i tagged him the receipt and a few hours then, my problem was solved. Easy and quick. The e-form that i filled in got a response later then. I am satisfied with the service and will continue using Airasia to travel. Punya sedih kalau bazir duit sebab technical issues. Tia dapat balik Sabah pula nanti huhu.
